1) Print out and complete the pdf Booking Form below, and send with a deposit cheque of £50 (2 day)
or £25 (1 day) - made payable to "Burlingham Hall" please. Balance payable 3 weeks prior to course start.
We will send you a reminder with directions and course details.
If you are Booking a Taster Workshop then please enclose a cheque for the full amount (£35) or pay
online through PayPal below.
SPECIAL DISCOUNT CODES: Please send Booking Form with code and deposit to claim your discount.
