Burlingham Hall Honey
The old Burlingham Hall gardens extended
to 7 acres and though neglected now form an 'oasis' of fruit trees, herbs and wildflowers with farmland and hedgerows beyond.

On consulting our friendly bee expert Mike, we decided we had the perfect environment for bees and so early this year we took delivery of some relocated hives and our bees have been working furiously ever since to give us our first honey harvest.

We have a very limited edition of subtle, pale honey with floral notes. It should remain soft even if crystallised, but may be softened by gentle warmth if required.
