Herb Jellies
Following the great success we've had in the past with our herb jellies - made using our fabulous Crimson Bramley and our range of herbs - the jellies we are making now are:
ROSEMARY
SAGE
MINT
HORSERADISH
THYME
and CHILLI (two strengths)
The wild plum and bullace bushes that surround us
were again laden with set fruit, so once more we produced
the very popular SPICED BULLACE JELLY we've had before.
Due to constant demand we now produce
APPLE JELLY in two forms:
'plain and simple' and 'hint of clove'... the clove one goes particularly well with ham!
