Herb Jellies

Following the great success we've had in the past couple of years with our herb jellies - made using our fabulous Crimson Bramley and our range of herbs - the jellies we are making for 2010 are:

ROSEMARY
SAGE
MINT
HORSERADISH
THYME
and CHILLI
(two strengths)

Unlike 2008, the wild plum and bullace bushes that surround us were laden with set fruit, so we produced the very popular Spiced Bullace Jelly we had in late Summer 2007. Stocks are very limited.

Due to constant demand we now produce APPLE JELLY in two forms:
'plain and simple' and 'hint of clove'... the clove one goes particularly well with ham!
