Herb Jellies
We also produce, from our own cropping, a range of herb jellies (seasonally, incorporating our own Crimson Bramleys, fresh from the tree). This year's varieties incorporate many of our own herbs such as Mint, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Parsley and Horseradish.
They are all made naturally by us using Cider Vinegar, Sugar, our Crimson Bramley Apple, herbs and spices.
They are fantastic used as an accompaniment to meat and fish and great with cheese. They can also be added to gravy to give it a fresh summer herb flavour.
Current varieties include:
Chilli
- mild and hotter
Horseradish - with grated horseradish bits, a bit like a marmalade
Mint - with chopped mint
Rosemary
Sage
Thyme - with other herbs and lemon zest
