Welcome to Burlingham Hall Produce

Our main business is growing herbs in our 3/4 acre Victorian walled garden near Norwich. We have a wide range and can supply them freshly cut or in pots.

For this, our fifth season, our polytunnel continues as hoped to extend our working season and allow us to produce more reliably from seed and cuttings. Our range includes tarragon, sage, basil, mint, thyme, marjoram, fennel, parsley (curly and flat leaf), chives, horseradish, lemon balm, and four varieties of lavender.

HERB JELLIES
Following the great success we've had in past years with our herb jellies - made using our fabulous Crimson Bramley and our range of herbs - we are making Rosemary, Sage, Mint, Horseradish, Thyme and Chilli (two strengths) Jellies.
The wild plum and bullace bushes that surround us were laden with set fruit last year, so we produced the very popular Spiced Bullace Jelly we had in late Summer 2007. Stocks are very limited. We now also have some Quince Jelly.

BURLINGHAM HALL HONEY IS BACK
Though once more we resisted taking all we could - we still have some of our late harvest of 2010, a delicious fragrant honey.
Do contact us for information of the markets we will be attending or alternatively to arrange postal delivery.

INTRODUCED IN 2008 - The Burlingham Traveller
We have been working with our neighbours Andrew and Anne
to create a robust travel bag. The bag you see in the picture left is the current model. It retails at £95 which we think is astounding value for hand-crafted, traditional Norfolk workmanship.
